Jo Ann Tatum Hattner, RD MPH,
has over thirty years experience practicing nutrition
in the the San Francisco Bay area. She teaches
medical students nutrition at Stanford University School
of Medicine. She is a regular guest speaker at national
professional meetings of dietitians, physicians and other
professionals and is a former spokesperson for the American
Dietetic Association.
Susan Anderes, MLIS, is a librarian
with interests in nutrition, web development, and writing.
She is the webmaster for online nutrition courses at
Stanford Medical School.
